Q: How will the charge be listed on my bank/credit card statement?
A: The charge on your credit card will appear as “352DEALS.COM”.

Q: Is buying on your site safe?
A: This web site uses secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology to secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. We do not store credit card information, and we will never sell or provide your information to others. The only information we give to a third party is what is necessary for you to receive your order. In that case, we must supply your name and mailing address to the vendor or warehouse so they can send you the item(s) you ordered. If you get a telemarketing call from anyone representing themselves as us, they received this information in some other fashion. Never give them any information over the phone.

Q: When should I expect to receive my certificates?
A: Mailed certificates are shipped from our fulfilment center in Ocala, Florida within 7-10 business days after purchase. While we have no control over the USPS, the lion’s share of our orders are delivered within 15 days. At times USPS has experienced minor delays. We appreciate your patience.

Q: How will my certificates be delivered?
A: Mailed certificates are sent in a white window envelope via the USPS.

Q: What if I do not receive my certificates?
A: If it has been more than three weeks since your order date, use our the email info@352deals.com to inquire with us. Please include your last name, the email address used to make the purchase, order # and phone # with area code.

Q: Will I receive an e-mail confirmation?
A: You will get one confirmation for each purchase. Save it for your records. If you do not get one, please check that it was not blocked by your spam filter. If the email confirmation is not in your spam filter, please reach out to us at sales@352deals.com.

Q: I ordered more than one certificate and did not receive my entire order?
A: Your certificates will be mailed in separate envelopes. Even though they were mailed on the same day, the post office may not deliver them to you at the same time. If you do not have your complete order within two weeks after receiving the first envelope, please contact us at sales@352deals.com. Please include your last name, the email address used to make the purchase, order # and phone # with area code.

Q: Can I give my certificates as gifts?
A: Yes, all certificates are transferable unless noted in the restrictions on the offer page and on the certificate.

Q: What if it appears I have been double charged for my order?
A: If you had a declined attempt to purchase your certificate it may have resulted in a pre-authorized charge (for each time your card was declined) that will appear on your credit card balance temporarily. This charge will not be authorized and will not be deducted from your account balance.

Q: What are the restrictions?
A: The certificates are sold for less than face value and are not redeemable for cash. Also, you may not use the gift certificates to buy additional half off certificates or merchant generated gift cards or gift certificates. Other restrictions are specific to each deal and may include expiration dates and other usage restrictions. All restrictions are available on the site and listed in two places before your purchase.

Q: How do I know if my certificate has expired?
A: Expiration dates are listed in the restrictions area on mailed certificates. Please note that mailed certificates can legally expire in some states.
